Elite Athletics is a full service cheerleading, tumbling, and dance gym in Margate, Florida. We built it to be the gym where athletes walk in nervous and walk out believing in themselves.

Our story
Built in honor. Carried forward in love.
Our roots were planted in honor of Jeff, whose strength, generosity, and passion for lifting others up still shapes the way we coach.
In loving memory of McKenna, we carry forward her message that Kindness Matters. Her spirit is the reason we talk openly about mental health with our athletes and our families.
That is why we are more than a gym. We are a family, and every athlete who walks through the door becomes part of it.
Our campaign
Kindness Matters
Co-owner Coach Marifran Ramaglia lost her niece, McKenna, who took her own life after relentless online bullying. She was young, she was loved, and she was worn down by words typed on a screen.
Kindness Matters is how we answer that. It is not a poster on the wall. It shapes how coaches speak, how teammates treat each other, and how quickly we step in when something feels wrong. Our purple and teal carry McKenna forward at every competition we attend.
If your athlete is struggling, tell us. We would rather have the hard conversation early than wish we had started it sooner.

No room for bullying
Every athlete and coach signs on to the same standard. Words matter on the floor, in the lobby, and in the group chat. We address it the day we hear about it.
Kindness in practice
Coaches open sessions with a kindness check in, athletes recognize a teammate each week, and our purple and teal gear carries the message to every competition.
Parents in the loop
We share what we see with families early. If an athlete is withdrawing or being targeted online, you hear from us before it grows.
Help within reach
We keep mental health resources posted at the front desk and we will always help a family find real support. Call or text 988 any time for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
